Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return
Email us at support@canopy-co.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. Please don't send items back before contacting us, because returns sent without instructions can't be matched to your order.

What can be returned
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. In those cases we cover it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show it.
