Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders aren't processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 2–12 business days of being placed. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple items
Items in one order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, email us at support@canopy-co.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
